  1. Also try typing in 'Microsoft Word is ' - you get an almost identical list.

    I think it says more about what people type into Google searches than about software.

    And people get most frustrated by the things they use the most

    I totally agree !!!

    I used to work for a company where the use to say Lotus Notes sucks while the problem was actually a poor network deployment, but since the most used tool was Lotus Notes they thought that was the problem.

  3. At a company I used to work for, we had a saying "cc:Mail is the network" because whenever there was a problem with cc:Mail, we got calls to the help desk about the network being down.
